Students who drive cars to school must make a formal request through the office of the assistant principal for permission to park in the school parking areas with a current OHS issued Parking Tag. These students park in assigned areas on the east side of the school and each student must park in the proper, designated areas or lose his/her driving privileges.
Students are not allowed to park in the front of the school or on the west side of the school. Failure to comply with safe driving practices and school rules will result in the loss of driving privileges.
Because of health and safety reasons, please be advised that school authorities have the right to search your vehicle anytime it is parked on school property.
The parking lots are strictly OFF-LIMITS to all students without permission from the administrators during the school day. Students must not sit in or go to cars without permission.
Students who violate driving policies may have driver's license taken for up to 60 days.
Student Parking Tags—
The following items are required for purchase of a non-transferable parking tag ($15.00):
1. Completed OHS registration process,
2. Fee clearance slip,
3. Current OHS ID,
4. Driver’s license,
5. Proof of insurance.
