***FREE*** LEAP 2025 Remediation

Reminder! On-site availability for remediation/access to computers: Beginning Monday, June 3, 2019, we will have dedicated LEAP 2025 Remediation Lab at Opelousas High School available for any student in need of access to a computer for remediation. Ms. Theresa Adams will be facilitating this lab from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. daily. The LEAP 2025 Remediation Lab will remain operational for student use until Friday, June 14, 2019. In order that we are able to provide and maintain documentation, students will be required to sign in upon arrival. Each school will have a dedicated sign in sheet. Sign-in sheets will be provided to principals at the conclusion of the window.

May 10 Cancellations due to weather conditions.

Due to the incremental weather, Opelousas Senior High School will be closed on Friday, May 10. Due to this closure, the following events have been rescheduled:
*Senior Night is canceled for May 10 but has been rescheduled for Monday, May 13. Seniors will need to be at OHS by 4:00 pm: Senior Night will begin at 6:00 pm.
*The Plate Lunch sale set for Saturday, May 11 will be postponed until May 25. Tickets purchased will be honored.
*The US History Advanced Placement test will be rescheduled for one of the following days: May 22, 23, or 24.

Opelousas High School's Science Olympiad Team

Opelousas High School's Science Olympiad Team earned fourth place at the Louisiana Region II competition held at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette on Saturday, March 9 and qualified for the state competition to be held at Southeastern Louisiana University on April 13.
